Copper Tube LWC is a cost-effective material used for making cable lugs, solar collectors, electrical water heaters, fittings, tube bends, and heat exchangers. The resulting coil and long lengths weigh around 500 kg, providing the customers with a few benefits such as machine optimization, higher manufacturing flexibility, and little scrap.
- Copper Tube LWC starts with casts billets that are heated to 900+ degrees Celsius then extruded to make dimensionally stable tubes. The semi-furnished tubes undergo a cold forming station where mandrels and round dies work to reduce wall thickness and diameter. In addition, the entire process is repeated until the Copper Tube LWC is not made within the pre-defined specifications.
- Our LWC tube needs no annealing because of its astounding forming properties. As the rube is drawn to the requirements, heat treatment is used to temper the LWC coil in compliance with the customer demands.
